Sapphire Glass Stain are ready to use solvent based Stain glass colours which are to be applied directly from the bottles. No mixing of thinner, water or any medium is required. Sapphire Glass Stain is available in one of the largest range of Stain Glass colours, comprising of 32 Transparent shades, 4 Opaque shades, 3 Metallic shades & 15 Textured varieties including Glitters & Sparkles.
The product is available in 2 packings i.e 25ml nozzle bottles & 200ml bulk packing.
The stain can be applied to glass panels, plastic sheets, tiles, ceramics, metal foils and to decorate jewellery, glass articles, crystal items, coasters, furniture or any other decorative items. Sapphire Stain Glass colours are also used in artwork and sculptures in Temples/Prayer Halls, as also for staining glasses for Light & Sound Show. The Stain produces a strong bond of film on surfaces, which ensures good durability.
Never Shake any Transparent variety before application. The Transparent colours are self levelling and upon drying, the stain produces a glossy & a fully transparent uniform film, thus giving the job the look of actual stained glass. The colours are versatile in use and can be applied both directly or by Airbrushing. All the Sapphire Transparent varieties are inter mixable and can be mixed to produce a new desired shade.
Sapphire Clear can be used as a thinning/ colour lightening agent and for shading purposes. Clear is actually a colourless Stain which when applied on any surface will give a colourless Transparent film. It can be used as a protective coating over wooden surfaces.

White

Teak
White produces a highly glossy film giving appearance of glazed tiles. Any Sapphire transparent shade can be mixed with opaque white to get the desired opaque shade.
Pearl produces a film which appears like the surface of Mother Of Pearl, the contours of which can be managed as per choice by moving the cap of the bottles in any direction over the wet stain, after application. After drying, the contours will develop as per cap strokes.
Cream produces a highly glossy film giving appearance of glazed tiles in cream colour.
Teak film on drying gives an effect of Teak wood, the contours of which can also be managed as explained in Pearl before.
All items are to be shaken well before use. There are 3 metallic varieties available i.e Gold, Silver & Copper. Apply directly from the bottle. After drying, the films will give a real impression of respective metals.
Metallic varieties can also be used to decorate the sculptures, domes and other art work in temples/ prayer halls.

As a rule, Shake well all the textured varieties before use.All the textured varieties except Krinkle are single component ready & direct to use applications. Upon drying the respective textures will automatically develop like magic.

Apply directly from the bottle. After the film dries, overcoat it with any Sapphire Transparent Colour/Clear to see how magically the prominent Krinkles develop, giving appearance of a true krinkle glass .
Apply directly from the bottle.Upon drying the film will give the appearance of a collection of dew drops.The film so produced would be translucent in nature. The dried film can be over coated with any Sapphire Colour/Clear.
Apply directly from the bottle. Upon drying it will give a translucent film resembling collection of river pebbles of different sizes. However, overcoating it with any Sapphire Transparent Colour/Clear will drastically enhance its structural appearance.
Apply directly from the bottle and upon drying, it will turn the Tranparent Glass to appear like etched or ground glass. The dried film can be over coated with any Sapphire colour. Hence etching/colour etching can be done at home/art studio without any use of machine or acid.
All items are to be shaken well before use & apply directly from the bottle. There are 3 sparkle varieties.
Dried films of all these varieties give a multi coloured sparkling hue to the coated film.
